The house is located just a few hundred yards north of the highland village of Strathyre on the A84 between Callander and Balquhidder. Behind us are the forested slopes of the hills across to Glen Ample, and facing us to the west is the local 'mountain', Bein an Sidhean with the river Balvaig meandering down the glen at its feet.
Ardoch Lodge, an early Victorian country house set in 12 acres, is an idyllic retreat from which to explore this beautiful part of Scotland. The lodge offers accommodation of the highest standard. A principle feature is our food. The dinner menu, which changes daily, offers three courses with a choice in each. The freshest local ingredients are used in our dishes.
Coire Buidhe, pronounced corey buey is a wonderful 160 year old list C building located in the stunning Trossachs village of Strathyre. Originally a millhouse, the building has been lovingly maintained with great care given to its original features
