Kings House offers quality self catering accommodation in six purpose built lodges (cottages, chalets). Each cottage consists of a large open plan sitting and dining room, kitchen, bathroom with both bath and shower, WC, double bedroom and twin bedded room.

Lochside cottages are two stone built farm outbuildings which offer high quality modern facilities in a truly picturesque and tranquil environment. The cottages have views of loch Voil, the Braes of Balquhidder and meadows of grazing sheep.

Locally constructed in 2005 and 2006 our Log Cabins are been designed to offer all the comforts of home with cotemporary leather sofas and furniture. With log effect fires, the lounge area is spacious yet cosy.

One private unit comprising the ground and first floors of David Carnegie's major Victorian addition - the front door, entrance hall, main hall, drawing room, dining room, kitchen and main staircase leading to five en-suite bedrooms.

The small working farm is set in 130 acres of beautiful Perthshire countryside, with 2 miles of trout river. The 300 year old stonebuilt cottage attached to the farmhouse was originally a dairy.
